Who among us doesn’t want to keep afresh and activated all the day long? Who doesn’t want to catch other people’s attention no matter its day or night but is it a ‘go-go’ case for every one. Answer is probable NO! Many people complain of feeling fatigue and tiredness even after a long sleep and some even say that they feel irritated and frustrated even after having a complete eight hour sleep.

Consume Energy Rich Food
If earlier you were only relying on oily food then you should switch your diet from oily to energy foods. For this you can concentrate on eating lots of cabbage, carrots, cucumber etc to derive maximum energy from these highly nutritive food items. Also you can try to change your breakfast from a fat rich burger or sandwich to oat meal or porridge because it will help you in controlling extra fat that surround your belly and also you will get enough protein and nutrients in these food items rather than having a rich pizza or burger. Pizza and burger are only meant to satisfy your food musings but they do not add to a healthy living and an all time activated body.

Avoid prolong working
You can be a multitasking individual but that doesn’t mean that you will work for a continued period of time without taking breaks. Mind you this style of working may harm your health and structure. It is advisable to stand up from your seat and take ten to fifteen minutes break in every three hour. If possible perform a quick five minutes exercise to keep your muscles stretched and activated all the day long thus you will not face health and fat problems thus it will be possible for you to work less and show great results. Its indeed a dream come true. Sacrificing fat rich food helps in longer run.
