The craze ofLondon Olympics is as such that people are not willing to come on streets and do even sore shopping which is leading to a drift in customers on the shops. As a results shop owners are suffering. They are reporting a reasonable decrease in sales. Not just small retailers but also high streets shops are not unaffected by decrease in sales volume. Hotels and restaurants have also reported downfall in customers and footfalls which is again leading to economical pressures for the businesses to survive. Many businesses which have been relocated for creating a dedicated venue for Olympics are now taking last breath as they are now finding it hard to manage at an entirely new location where sales and profit ratio has got disturbed.
But what if retailers or any such businessmen either keeps shut or keep crying and blaming Olympics for their low business profits! Will they get what they want, that is a better sale and better profit as it was before Olympics? The answer is no! Doing business with such a low spirit is a no-no answer to anything. So all they have to do is plan a better strategy and come up as good leaders and marketers who know better how to drag customers on their shops or business venues. The least they can do is set up some televisions in their shops according to the available accommodations. So a customer doesn’t feel bad about missing his favorite sport coming on TV because you don’t have one already installed in your shop. If you would install a television for your shop, chances are more that a customer would want to stay more. And staying more you know means, more shopping! So don’t feel low about dropped profits but try and get to increase them but putting in little money in form of a television. We all know the fact that ‘money attracts money’. So why not try!
