There are many jobs which are inherently riskier than other forms of jobs. Being an employee it is your right to have a safe and happy working environment which can ensure your health and safety during the time of your working shift. If this is not a case with your work place then you must take some steps against the employee rights which you should receive being an employee.
The minimum you can do to have others stand in your favor is by informing each and every one  in the unit know about the potential exposure to any kind of hazardous material or any element which is not appropriate to be included in a safe working environment.


Write an official letter explaining about the issue to the authorities so some proactive measures can be taken. If in case your application is rejected or not acted upon, better take the matter to the labor court and get justice from there. But be reminded that you should have at least two witnesses to stand in support of you failing which may even lead to rejection of your application.
The authority has the power to impose penalties on the employers or force them to make the desired changes in the working conditions which is quite in favor of the task force. So always make sure you appeal to the authorities even before going to the labor court and fight in a legal way. It is always better to resolve your grudges within the work place but if very critical circumstances appear, you should appeal in the higher place or the labor court.


It is your right as an employee to get the right working conditions because the human relations approach emphasis on keeping workers happy so productivity can be maintained. If this is not followed at any workplace then the employer is sure to answer in the national human resource department and the labor court as well.
