If you see, now a day people run after the very costly food items that’s all junk and unhealthy. They hardly give it a second thought while buying a junk item for eating. I am amazed how in this hi-technology world people even plan a baby after searching a lot over the web but at the same time while buying junk for eating, they forget or over look to search over its high end problems and side-effects on the similar platform! Another true side of utter ignorance when it comes to healthy eating!


A man’s tongue looks for flavors. No matter where its coming form and what’s the food ingredients a particular food item is having. Do you that all junk that you eat with pride consist only high fat with very low nutritive qualities which  gives you a bear like personality after a continued use of these food items. Don’t you think you are doing injustice with your very good looking body while consuming these fatty things!



At first glance when a junk item comes at your table, it may appear very easy to eat it with not much efforts of getting yourself into cooking or kind of activities which you consider as time consuming but it really isn’t because giving time for a healthy cooking will lead to a healthier you not anyone else. So take the initiative to eat home cooked food most of the time. Of course you can have your favorite junk item once or twice in a month but do not make it your habit of eating every day as a daily routine. Make sure whatever you eat is healthy and nutritious with low fat qualities unlike a junk food item.
